The River Retreat is on the Swan Valley Tourist drive and couldn’t be more ideally located… The property stretches from West Swan Rd to the upper reaches of the Swan River, where you can find mature bushland and nature walk trails. Within a short walk of the cottages, there are four restaurants, a micro brewery and a golf course.
Our spacious cottages are fully self contained and air-conditioned. (rated at AAA 4 star). These cottages can sleep 6 or 8 with various different configurations. We have tried to think of every convenience and recommend this style of cottage for families, groups and longer stay guests. Other cottage types include the new spa cottage and our bed and breakfast rooms.
Each cottage has outdoor areas to compliment the relaxed holiday mode, perfect for a barbeque, sitting back sipping on champagne or to simply enjoy the views over the valley to the Darling escarpment. There are also areas of native gardens and shady lawns which are just perfect for a lazy afternoon or kids to use up some energy.
